Through a chance meeting with Marc, I got deeply involved in conversation. Business, private, thoughts, feelings and body, everything came up. After more than 12 years of no sport, no focus and always following the same pattern, hugely fundamental changes were felt and visible in just a few weeks. Getting fitter is only a small part for me. Especially the conversations, the mirror that Marc knows how to hold up in combination with the data from the personality test and the HRV measurement put me on a totally different track. It feels like a reset. Definitely an investment in yourself that will pay off!

About Me

Hey topper, my name is Marc, welcome to 37degreez.

We work with men who want to take responsibility for their energy, body and leadership. Not for a day, but for the long term.

In our training and coaching, we combine strength training, stress management, behavioural change and data-driven insights (such as HRV and recovery monitoring). No boot camp or gym culture, but systems that work.

We work mostly with men 35+ (entrepreneurs and professionals) who carry a lot: work, family and responsibility. Often they are not lazy, but overloaded and lack a clear system that fits their lives.

37degreez stands for the core of human functioning: 37 degrees. Your foundation.
