In our training and coaching, we combine strength training, stress management, behavioural change and data-driven insights. Think personality testing, HRV and recovery monitoring. No boot camp or gym culture, but systems that work.
We work mostly with men 35+ (entrepreneurs and professionals) who carry a lot: work, family and responsibility. Often they are not lazy, but overloaded and lack a clear system that fits their lives.
